This is Bedtime Bossing's origin story. Get your popcorn ready.
Empowering anime-lovers and gamers
Bedtime Bossing was created to connect video games and anime with mental health by diving into the life lessons found hidden underneath all the waifus, husbandos, and treasure chests.
BB’s goal is to provide a new perspective and mindset to empower anyone to take control of their life and improve it.
This is YOUR isekai story. Join me in this quest as we pick up monster spoils, learn magic spells, and find friends along the to level up and defeat the final boss—our inner demons.
Origin of the name
Bedtime in my bed is my favorite time & place to escape the confines of reality. (Pro tip: investing in a nice bed is a GAME CHANGER – pun intended)
Bossing in the gaming world refers to fighting boss after boss to farm the treasures they drop.
In this world, the bosses are our inner demons and the treasure is our personal growth.
Hello, it me!
Hi, I’m Ryan. I love watching anime and playing video games. Anime has helped me through heartbreak and inspires me to persevere. Gaming stimulates my creativity and reduces my anxiety.
I’ve dealt with a LOT of inner demons, as well as philosophical thoughts of how I’m leaving the world a better place. Life’s already tough as is. I don’t have grandiose dreams of creating the next technological revolution, or curing cancer.
But I am big on mental health, and the proverbial “teach someone how to fish, feed ’em for a lifetime“. If my experiences, mindset, and stories can empower others, help get through a tough time, or change a perspective positively, that’s enough for me.
